Process Component: Project Control
Description
The Project Control process component describes the process of controlling the
progress of a software project. It covers areas such as :
- Monitoring iterations
- Handling issues as they arise
- Controlling that the deliverables meet the acceptance criteria
Monitoring progress and continuous quality control are important components
of an iterative and incremental development process.
